We’re looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to help us grow our Rentals operations in South Poland. You will manage Bolt's Rentals business across 24 cities in southern Poland. Your mission is to grow the market, run efficient operations, and build the local presence that makes Bolt the go-to micromobility choice in your region. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with city teams, logistics partners, and cross-functional HQ stakeholders.
