Senior Consultant / Manager – General Insurance Claims Transformation The opportunity: As a Senior Consultant or Manager in General Insurance Claims Transformation, you will play a hands on role helping insurers transform their claims capabilities across personal and commercial lines to deliver improved customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and measurable business value. You will work across the end to end claims lifecycle, partnering with clients to design and deliver future state, AI enabled claims solutions and contributing to or leading defined workstreams within broader transformation programs. The role involves collaborating within multidisciplinary, international teams and is based in Warrang – Sydney and Naarm – Melbourne, with flexible working options available.
