Group Leader - Beverly: Job Description: Flexible Support Services is seeking a Youth Group Leader to provide creative and individualized services to youth (ages 6-22). We strive to mentor and support youth in developing increased independence, self-confidence, positive peer relationships, and to navigate conflict resolution. Youth Group Leaders will have an opportunity to plan and co-facilitate groups that focus on social and emotional skill building, community integration, psychoeducation and vocational preparation. We offer monthly clinical training, specific training in trauma informed care “Risking Connections' ' and a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate is a team player that is creative, organized, flexible, compassionate, and motivated to help youth meet their goals. Youth Group Leader responsibilities are: Provide therapeutic mentoring or group interventions to youth and families within the community.
