Overview: How you can make a difference HealthEquity is seeking a Sr Director, Retail HSA Growth to lead the expansion of individual Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) across the ACA exchange market, with a primary focus on Bronze and HSA-qualified Silver health plans. Reporting to the Head of Partner Channel Growth, this senior individual contributor role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive HSA adoption through broker- and partner-led distribution while navigating the regulatory and operational complexities of the individual market.
