At Psicontrol, you will play a key role as a Quality Manager in strengthening the trust of our customers. You help define our quality strategy and work closely with colleagues across all our sites. With your expertise, you lift our organisation to a higher level. Job Description: What will you do?: - Take the lead in the continuous improvement process of our supplier quality. - Safeguard the entire design process, actively participate in design reviews, and intervene where necessary. - Promote a strong quality culture by developing and monitoring KPIs and initiating timely actions. - Maintain our quality system (ISO9001) and implement new ones. - Coach and motivate internal teams to develop reliable, production‑ready products. - Occasionally visit our international sites to align quality processes. - You report directly to the Operations Manager.
