Miami Herbert Business School at the University of Miami is inviting applications for a full-time Lecturer position in the Department of Business Law starting in the Fall of 2026. The post-holder will teach undergraduate core courses offered by the Department. The Department is especially interested in candidates who can teach law and business communication courses at a high level of proficiency. Instructors will not be required to develop new syllabi for courses they are assigned to teach. Candidates must have a JD from an accredited U.S. law school and have demonstrated experience and excellence in teaching. Responsibilities include: Instruction of 8 courses (24 credit per academic year) at the times and places assigned (in person); leading class discussions and conducting other teaching activities during scheduled classes (in person); creating, administering, and grading using appropriate assessment methods as ap...
