Pickering Casino Resort is seeking a CASUAL/LIMITED Part-time Cook 1! THIS POSITION FUNCTIONS AS A CASUAL ROLE. Team members CANNOT hold this position with another regular full or part-time position. Limited Part-time roles are utilized for peak periods and for the purposes of events, conventions, meetings, or similar activity identified by the parties as appropriate. Under the general direction of the Chef de Partie, this position is responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of all sections of the kitchen and serving areas through effective time management, overall professionalism and poise. The First Cook is responsible for providing gracious level of customer service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction in a high-volume establishment. This role must contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees and must demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
