The position involves working closely with Jobseekers to understand their strengths, barriers, and goals, and supporting them into employment. Working to the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) guidelines, you’ll develop Job Plans, connect Jobseekers with training and support services and collaborate with internal teams.
