This individual serves as both a clinical resource and a mentor to other Medical Assistants, fostering a collaborative environment while promoting best practices in patient care. The Lead MA also assists in day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and adherence to clinical protocols within the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.
