Position Purpose: The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily HR operations of a manufacturing facility with a strong emphasis on hourly workforce administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee support. This role partners closely with Plant Leadership, Safety/EHS, and Operations to ensure accurate HR administration, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience in a fast ‑ paced production environment.
