About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales Administration to lead and optimize the operational backbone of our sales organization. This role plays a critical part in enabling sales effectiveness by overseeing sales operations, processes, systems, reporting, and administrative functions that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, a deep understanding of sales operations, and a passion for improving efficiency and scalability.
