We Take Care of Our Team This position offers: ​ Starting at $17.50/hr , progressing through scheduled increases for 6 years to maximum rate. Current maximum Assembler rate is $36.83/hr . Shift Premiums: Afternoon shift receives a 5% premium and Midnight shift receives a 10% premium Paid Holidays: Average of 16 per year.
