In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining security systems and providing excellent service to our customers. What you’ll do.. - Maintain intruder alarms, access control, and video surveillance systems at a variety of customer sites. - Carry out fault finding and first-line support for security system issues. - Complete planned and reactive maintenance, as well as installations, as required. - Respond to service calls and maintenance visits using the PDA system, working closely with the Service Manager and Service Desk Coordinators. - Manage van stock, tools, and safety equipment to ensure you’re fully prepared for each visit. - Adhere to Health, Safety, and Quality standards at all times. - Participate in the on-call rota when required. - Mainta...
