Overview The Windows + Devices Strategy & Business Planning team drives the strategy, planning, and analytics that power Microsoft's Windows and Surface businesses. Within this team, the Windows Commercial Strategy function is responsible for shaping how Windows wins in the enterprise, driving commercial growth, accelerating services and subscription monetization, and ensuring Windows is positioned as the platform of choice for the world's largest organizations. We are looking for a Strategy and Analytics Lead - Windows Commercial to lead Windows Commercial Strategy. This person will define and drive the multi-year commercial growth strategy for Windows in the enterprise, with a particular focus on SaaS, subscription, and B2B monetization motions. In this role, you will bring a rare combination of strategic thinking, deep commercial/enterprise software fluency, and rigorous analytical excellence, and can translate insight into action across leadership and cross-functional partners.
