Job DetailsJob Location: Aurora High School - Aurora, CO 80012Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $55.00 - $55.00 HourlyAnticipated Start Date: August 3, 2026 Tentative Schedule: Monday through Friday 1:20 p.m. - 2:55 p.m. - Principles of Construction and Carpentry classes Position Purpose: The high school construction instructor works under the supervision of the Director of Innovation and is responsible for meeting all scheduled classes and providing instruction in accordance with CECs academic philosophy, goals, and objectives. Job Duties: Upholds CECs beliefs found on the CEC website. Develops and administers construction education curriculum consistent with CECs academic philosophy, goals, and objectives Presents subject matter using various teaching methods and technology to adapt to varied learning styles. Prepares educational course outlines, objectives, and materials according to curriculum guidelines and/or state and local requirements. Establishes and communicates clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects and administers and evaluates tests and assignments.
