Job description

Responsibilities Assists the Account Managers in the achievement of whole blood and apheresis collection goals. This is a PRN position. Essential Functions: - Completion of telemarketing functions to educate, thank and sign-up donors for future donations. - Perform on-site recruitment, sign-up tables, and donor flow assistance for blood drives. - Help educate and convert donors to double red and platelet donations where appropriate. - Assist Marketing efforts through help with packing, distribution, and inventorying of incentive items, labelling products with recruitment related tags, and telemarketing of sweepstakes winners and Donor/Recipient Meet and Greet attendees. - Help with preparation efforts for special events (i.e. contacting invitees for participation lists, setting up gift tables, refreshments, check in tables etc.) - Assist with data entry and organizational needs of the department. - Exemplifies CBC's Customer Service Mission and Core Values.
