Job DetailsJob Location: Kansas City Office - Kansas City, MO 64131Position Summary The Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, developing insights, and supporting decision‑making as well as initiative pull through across the organization. This role bridges business operations and financial strategy by evaluating processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring data-driven actional plans that advance organizational goals. This role supports the transformation roadmap by creating dashboards to monitor revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency, while managing variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, KPI goals, performance metrics, milestones, and project plans. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to support forecasting, budgeting, operational improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
