Job Description: Manufacturing Operator (Second Shift) We are seeking a Production Engineering/ Operation/mfg. Engineer to join our team in South Plainfield, NJ. - Support pre-production and post-production processes, including organizing assets, preparing materials, and updating project trackers. - Gather, clean, and organize production-related data from various sources (e.g., performance metrics, workflow logs, content outputs). - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for optimization. - Build simple dashboards or reports to visualize key insights for the production team. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date datasets to support decision-making. - Analyze production timelines, resource utilization, and throughput to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Provide weekly or monthly summaries of production performance metrics. - Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, or output consistency. - Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned tasks.
