PDG is seeking a Team Leader to add to our growing and talented Bridge Design team. As a Team Leader specializing in Bridge design, your role will include managing a team of bridge design staff, managing projects, preparation of proposals, preparing complete project documents for transportation projects; reviewing complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance; and coaching junior staff in the preparation of design calculations, design details, specifications and cost estimates.
