Location: 2416 Philadelphia Street Hours: Monday-Friday (8AM-7PM) Saturday (9am-12PM): Function: Responsible for assisting customers with opening loan and deposit accounts over the phone. Refers customers to other business lines when appropriate. Responsible for achieving individual goals including but not limited to loan and deposit production through inbound opportunities and outbound calling production. - sh ifts are 8am-5pm or 10am -7pm through the week Duties and Responsibilities: Profiles customers to determine and recommend appropriate S&T products or services. Completes applications and processes consumer loans and assists customers with opening of new deposit accounts. Uses a combination of referral/sales skills, product knowledge, and knowledge of policies and procedures to suggest additional bank services such as other lending products and deposit services. Make referrals to the Wealth Management, Mortgage, Commercial Lending, Business Bankers, and Branch Offices when appropriate.
