Job description

Overview Collaborates with stakeholders and technology counterparts to deliver solutions that provide maximum value. Utilizes a variety of elicitation techniques to understand stakeholder's needs, analyzing information and data and ensuring requirements documentation meets enterprise standards. Requirements documentation may include supporting multiple project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, and iterative). Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Coordinates with project team members and key partners across the enterprise to deliver high quality documentation and adhere to business analysis best practices. Deliver project deliverables that may include documentation of current state/as-is and future state/to-be; multiple types of requirements to support multiple stakeholders and multiple project delivery methodologies; and diverse types of diagrams to support architectural and data-related requirements. Provides gap analysis. Serves as a liaison between business and technology partners to drive solution delivery. Supports development of less experienced business analysts and team members.
