Job title: Corporate Governance Analyst Contract Type: Permanent: Location: London: Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 29th April 2026 Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) is recruiting a Corporate Governance Analyst based in our London office. You will be a core member of the Responsible Investment team, aiding primarily with proxy voting, company engagement, corporate governance analysis and ESG integration. You will assist the team in governance research, proxy voting analysis and company engagement across RLAM’s investments. This includes executing proxy votes according to our voting guidelines, keeping abreast of governance news and research, participating in engagement meetings, updating our policies and documents, and helping write governance commentary for internal and external publication. You will have the opportunity to meet and engage with company directors to discuss topics like executive pay, succession planning, director independence and corporate strategy.
