Schedule: 7:00am to 5:00pm Hours of Operation Monday to Friday. (Onsite) Location: Fishers Primary Care and Pulmonary Team Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Registration Specialist to join our Pulmonary Care team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth patient experience—from arrival to checkout—while maintaining accurate records and supporting clinical workflows. You’ll be part of a close-knit, family-oriented team with strong mentorship and web-based training to support your success. Key Responsibilities: - Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes - Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars - Maintain and work assigned queues (including ARR queue) - Utilize eCare and review wellness exams - Manage bump lists and coordinate rescheduling - Collaborate with the pulmonary department and provide support to sister offices - Accurately collect and verify demographic, insurance, and financial information - Explain billing, charges, and departmental policies to patients - Enter charges and collect payments as required - Answer incoming calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately - Ensure timel...
