Job Summary RISD Continuing Education seeks a temporary Operations Assistant to support summer program operations for its adult programs supporting students 18+. This role supports the operations team coordinating facilities and programmatic needs for instructors, teaching assistants and students. This position liaises with campus partners, instructors, and CE staff to support students during academic class time. Term: June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026 Essential Functions: Before program: Assist Operations staff with room checks to verify readiness for program start. Assist with placing informational and wayfinding signage. Attend and staff any major program launch or check-in days to assist students and their families upon arrival. Support pre-program setup needs and logistical errands During program: Run errands for the Operations and/or Programming staff as requested.
