The Role: As a Junior Account Manager / Customer Success Manager, you will support the management of a portfolio of customers and help ensure they achieve value from Hook. You will learn how to manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewal, while developing strong commercial instincts and product expertise.
