Responsibilities: - Clean food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand, placing them in racks or within the dish machine. - Wash pots, pans, trays and other equipment from the Kitchen. - Sweep and mop floors within the dish-pit area and assist with all kitchen areas when asked. - Wash and sanitize work area, occasionally cleaning kitchen equipment such as Hotboxes, Fridges, Mixers or workstations such as Food Trucks. - Remove all localized trash and cardboard from designated kitchen areas and dispose of them throughout shift. - Occasionally assist in the set-up and breakdown of Banquet Events. - Use all dishwashing-related kitchen equipment following proper proc...
