Position Summary The Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator – Special Partnerships ensures JobTrain’s career tracks meet enrollment targets by identifying potential students, conducting outreach, and supporting registration. They establish partnerships, track recruitment initiatives, and engage in outreach across the Bay Area. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, generating reports, and participating in events. Strong research, communication, organization, and database skills are required. This position will primarily work onsite with some work from home flexibility. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications Experience Demonstrated experience working as an outreach coordinator (at least three years or relevant experience) and successfully meeting all responsibilities of role. - Conduct ongoing outreach to recruit clients for all JobTrain programs and services, but with particular focus on assigned career training program(s).
