Job description

Purpose: Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and service staff following standard recipes or procedures. - Key Responsibilities: Mix ingredients to prepare drinks, serve draft & bottled beer, wine, and liquor according to procedure / recipe and restaurant specifications - Greet guests within one minute of being seated - Work in a team environment and communicate well with guests and fellow Team Members - Introduce yourself by name and provide great salesmanship thru suggestive selling - Serve the guests food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner - Provide responsible alcohol service adhering to the company policies and state and local regulations - Ring in orders correctly and in a timely fashion to allow appropriate ticket times - Seat guests and answer the phone when Host staff not present or available - Pre-bus tables in your section and surrounding sections.
