Night Lease Operator

Job description

Overview The Night Lease Operator is responsible for safely operating and monitoring oil and gas wells and associated equipment to meet daily production targets. This role focuses on maintaining reliable operations, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and supporting maintenance and wellwork activities while adhering to all safety, environmental, and operational standards. This is a night shift position on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation. Responsibilities: - Operate wells and production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines - Monitor well performance, production rates, pressures, and equipment conditions to ensure optimal operations - Identify and troubleshoot well and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions as needed - Perform routine inspections of wellheads, surface equipment, and facilities to ensure proper working condition - Assist with and support wellwork and intervention operations as required - Perform basic maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective, preventive, and predictive work - Maintain accurate and detailed logs of operational activities, issues, and shift updates - Participate in...
