POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Entry & Parts Specialist will be responsible for ordering, stocking, and distributing automotive and equipment parts, as well as maintaining inventory records on a computer . PAY TRANSPARANCY/COMPENSATION: $19.50 - $24.00/hour RESPONSIBILITIES: - Order parts, materials, and supplies used in maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment - Process invoices for payment; verify receipt of invoiced parts, materials, and supplies - Maintain and track inventory records on a computer - Unload, store, transport, deliver, and distribute parts, materials, and supplies - Work with vendors/sales representatives; follow up on items not received and check on item prices/availability - Clean the parts storage and work area QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of automotive/equipment parts and supply clerk experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities - Must have a valid US Driver’s License and satisfactory driver record - May require forklift certification - Ability to utilize a wide variety of reference and descriptive data and information, such as purchase orde...
