Overview: The purpose of the Distribution Utility Inspector is to provide inspection of contractor’s quality of work in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures as it relates to excavation and installation on pipeline construction projects. In addition, these activities must be performed in accordance with the appropriate Company specifications, project scope of work (SOW), procedures, codes, standards, safety requirements and the approved for construction drawings. This position requires constant communication in a high paced environment while contractors are working in restricted space and ROW areas within public and private property.
