Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Job Summary: A Physical Therapy Resident (PTR) is a physical therapist participating in a postgraduate training program and is expected to complete the program within twelve months. Requirements include clinical hours treating patients, participating in mentoring sessions, didactic education, and other various educational opportunities. The PTR also has the same general duties and responsibilities as other physical therapists. Responsibilities include providing direct care to patients with varied diagnoses and supervising rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students.
