Job description

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Sr. Procurement Manager to lead a team of 6 buyers in driving growth and profitability for our Chillers Product Business Unit (PBU). You will be a key member of the PBU leadership team reporting to the Director of Procurement. You will provide innovative procurement solutions and fostering a high-performing team environment , in a business experiencing rapid expansion. What You Will Do: Lead with a Growth Mindset: Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities with a focus on business expansion and category growth.
