U.S. Payroll Analyst

Job Description: Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting. A bachelors degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting. Candidate should possess at minimum eight years of payroll experience including experience with Workday time / absence systems with strong technical skills. Key Accountabilities: Manage payroll input according to deadlines Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements Manage day-to-day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary Ensure adherence to payroll regulations: Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration Education/Qualifications/Specialist Training: Bachelors degree / emphasis in accounting 8+ years of related experience...
