Overview/Background: Operating in a busy environment, the Customer Service Co-ordinator will report to the Commercial Manager and a key link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order management . The Role: - Upload and monitor sales orders on our ERP system (BVP) in a precise and timely manner. - Release Works Tickets to Production in line with Customer order requirements. - Liaise with external Sales Team and internal teams from Production, Quality, Finance and Warehouse Departments. - Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to both customers and Customer Solutions Managers. - Act as a key liais...
