We are currently looking for a Chef to join our kitchen team and help ensure every breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack is prepared and served to the highest standard. The Role: As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food in line with brand standards, while maintaining excellent levels of food safety, consistency, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack menus to agreed standards. Ensure all food preparation and service meets the specifications set by the Head Chef and management. Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times. Prepare orders accurately in line with recipes, instructions, and checks. Adhere to portion control procedures and report any wastage to the senior chef on duty. Ensure correct storage of food items, following company policies on stock rotation, segregation, and day-dotting. Complete daily temperature checks for fridges and freezers as required.
