Calibration Coordinator

Job description

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES: 1. Develop and maintain calibration schedules for all instruments and equipment. 2. Monitor due dates and generate work orders for upcoming calibrations. 3. Coordinate with internal technicians and external service providers. 4. Track equipment status (in service, out for repair, out-of-tolerance, decommissioned). 5. Maintain calibration records within CMMS or calibration management software. 6. Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment (e.g., pressure gauges, temperature sensors, multimeters, torque tools, flow meters) 7. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or other regulatory standards. traceability to national/international standards (e.g., NIST). 8. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION & TRAINING: - Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Instrumentation, Metrology, or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
