Job Description The Position: The Data Privacy and Audit Specialist is responsible for ensuring the protection, ethical use, and compliance of employee data across HR systems. This role focuses on strengthening privacy practices, managing audit readiness, enforcing data governance, and ensuring adherence to global and local privacy regulations. The role partners closely with HR, IT Security, Legal, and Global Audit teams to maintain strong privacy controls, support system audits, manage risk, and uphold data integrity across the organization. Responsibilities: Data Privacy & Compliance Ensure compliance with global and regional data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA). Translate privacy requirements into processes, controls, and system configurations. Conduct privacy impact assessments and maintain documentation. Monitor HR systems and processes for compliance with data protection standards. Lead remediation activities for any privacy gaps or violations.
