The Contract Manager partners closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and executed efficiently. This role focuses on operational excellence, deal velocity, and risk awareness while escalating non-standard issues as required. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Review & Execution · Review and process customer contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documents. · Ensure agreements align with approved templates, policies, and fallback positions. · Support contract negotiations by redlining terms within established guardrails. · Drive timely contract execution to meet deal timelines and revenue targets. 2. Policy Adherence & Risk Identification · Apply contract policies, approval requirements, and standard terms consistently. · Identify deviations, risks, or non-standard terms and escalate appropriately. · Partner with Legal and Contracts leadership to resolve issues within defined authority. · Ensure contracts are complete, accurate, and audit-ready. 3.
