Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care Job Summary: Location: Lake Orion, MI: Shift Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Days Needed: Sunday through Saturday (Looking for full-time or part-time coverage) Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and technically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a client in Lake Orion. This is a high-acuity home environment where you will work as the clinical lead alongside a 12-hour daily home health aide . The client has a robust support system, including in-home PT/OT, massage therapy, and recreational therapy. This role is ideal for a nurse who excels in wound care and enjoys a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to patient wellness. Clinical Responsibilities: Specialized Wound Care: Manage chronic wounds (including a sacral decubitus ulcer) using a Clinitron air-fluidized bed system. Complex Care Management: Provide daily maintenance and care for a G-tube, Ileostomy, and Foley catheter .
