Production Manager JOB TITLE: Production Manager (Salary Range: $96,500 - $145,000 pending experience) JOB LOCATION: Paulsboro, NJ JOB SUMMARY: The Production Manager oversees daily production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing while leading supervisors and operators to achieve site objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage production resources to meet operational objectives. - Develop and execute EHS programs to achieve zero safety/environmental incidents. - Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM (where applicable), and Bostik EHS expectations. - Create and manage daily production schedules. - Develop staff capabilities to support operational goals. - Measure and improve operational efficiency continuously. - Coordinate production activities with Purchasing, Logistics, and Maintenance departments. - Ensure all required EHS and Quality training is completed for team members. - Enforce compliance with company policies and best practices. - Coordinate with Corporate EHS, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and Supply Chain.
