Lumos & Associates is seeking a motivated Civil Project Designer to join our Reno office and support a growing portfolio of civil engineering projects across Northern Nevada. This position will support the planning and design of a wide range of civil engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone who is working toward professional licensure (P.E.) and is eager to grow their technical expertise while contributing to meaningful, community-focused work. The Civil Project Designer will support project teams across multiple disciplines, contributing to the design of infrastructure including roadways, utilities, and site development. This role blends technical production, field exposure, and collaborative problem-solving, offering the opportunity to develop both design and construction knowledge.
