Job Description: Job Description Summary Financial Business Partners actively influence day-to-day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the client-facing portfolio, subregion, or region. They act as the interface or “translator” of business events into financial outcomes. This role requires strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of both operations and management. The role is responsible for close, budget, forecast, variance analysis, reporting, and presenting the financial performance “story” for contracts and portfolios, providing valuable insights for risk mitigation and opportunity optimization to deliver against targets. This position also helps drive long-range planning, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
