TELL ME MORE: As our F&B Manager , you are part of the Management Team and report directly to the General Manager. You are responsible for the smooth running of our F&B and Meeting & Events operations and for delivering a true Zoku guest experience. Together with the Rooms Manager and Head Chef, you make sure all departments are aligned, and operations run smoothly across the board. You will lead our Sidekick and Meeting & Events teams, which definitely don’t operate like those in a typical hotel.
