This position trains for an eventual move to a highly sought Litigation Paralegal position. The compensation for this role is $20/hour . Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following. Responsibilities: - Shadow Litigation Paralegals - Gather and analyze relevant information pertaining to the injury claims - Investigate the nature and facts of cases - Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents to file with the court - Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case Qualification: - High school diploma or GED - 1-2 years of experience as an Admini...
