Description POSITION SUMMARY: The employee of this class is responsible for the management of HIV/AIDS programs, including Ending the HIV Epidemic and other grant programs. Work involves overseeing program finances, staffing, general operations, developing and managing community linkages, project monitoring, evaluations, program goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Performs other work as requested. Essential Functions: - Plans and directs the activities of a group of professional and clerical employees engaged in the operation of HIV/AIDS programs. - Establishes operating and administrative policies and procedures of Ending the HIV Epidemic and other grant programs to assure efficient program operation. - Develops long range objectives and plans for Ending the HIV Epidemic and other grant programs and projects; initiates implementation of developed plans. - Manages all aspects of the request for proposals and contract processes for the procurement of HIV/AIDS related core and support services. - Conducts site visits and develops and implements corrective action plans, if needed. - Leads strategic planning for clinic sites ensuring that activities and decisions are data drive...
