RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE: Define and execute on time Sub-channel strategy aligned to Channel and Company strategy Deliver the JBP – price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD and brand content, to have a best-in-class execution plan You will be accountable for the Sub Channel P&L. As part of the team, you will need to contribute to deliver our Financial targets: NSV, GP, ROI, Value Share Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply chain… Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes e.g. monthly performance review, annual Bottom Up Plan creation, etc… Complete pre and post evaluation of promotions & activities SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY: Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best-in-class plans Experience managing National Accounts, Market experience Manage key stakeholders across the business at all levels, internally and externally Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, presentation and communication skills, driving data driving decisions Must be able to think creatively and develop strong a...
