The Role: Capco is seeking a Senior Program Lead to support a major Commercial Digital Replacement program for a leading financial services client. This role will partner closely with executive leadership teams to drive complex transformation initiatives across business and technology domains. You will lead enterprise-scale delivery across multiple workstreams, helping clients modernize commercial banking capabilities through digital transformation, payments innovation, and API orchestration.
