We are looking for a talented CNC Machining Engineer – Weekend Night Shift (On-Site) to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Seymour Machining Center in Seymour, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Assist in planning and implementing machining processes that improve productivity and meet product specifications. Work with engineering teams to identify necessary parts and tools, reducing setup times and optimizing changeovers. Analyze product issues and recommend enhancements to improve quality and operational efficiency. Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of technical products and systems to ensure alignment with manufacturing goals. Conduct engineering design assessments and document findings, recommending design alterations to enhance quality and reliability. Utilize lean and continuous improvement tools to increase equipment availability and capability across the plant. Work closely with engineering, operations, and supplier teams to ensure seamless integration of machining processes.
