Operational Performance Lead – Water Recycling Services Circa £52,500 (depending on experience): Permanent: Full Time / 37 Hours (Flexible working opportunities available) Double ‑ Matched Pension Scheme (up to 21% combined) Private Healthcare: Make every drop of your potential count! We’re looking for an Operational Performance Lead to join Anglian Water’s Water Recycling Services business stream and play a pivotal role in shaping how performance is understood, challenged and improved across one of our most operationally critical areas. This role sits at the heart of our performance landscape, supporting senior leaders to turn insight into action. You’ll be front and centre in shaping conversations on how we use performance information to manage risk, target interventions and inform strategic investment decisions - embedding the behaviours that enable a strong, accountable performance culture.
